The Feeding Flock tools are available for your non-commercial use in clinical practice, education, and research. The Feeding Flock tools are protected by copyright. Your right to use of the Feeding Flock tools is limited to your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with the terms and conditions below.
By using the Feeding Flock tools, you have agreed to the following terms of use:
- You acknowledge and agree that you may not reproduce, publish, share, distribute, or sell the Feeding Flock tools to anyone without prior written approval from the author(s) of the tool and an appropriate license agreement executed by the author(s) of the tools.
- You agree that you will reference the Feeding Flock tools by their correct name and credit the specific authors of the tool in any presentations, publications, or any other work that may be generated using the tool. Reference information is available on the front page of each of the tools.
- You acknowledge and agree that you may not alter the Feeding Flock tools in any way or create any derivative work from it, including translating the tool into other languages, without the prior written approval from the author(s).
- You agree to use the Feeding Flock tools solely as intended (as set forth on the front page of each of the tools).
- You acknowledge and agree that the Feeding Flock tools are not diagnostic tools and they do not replace a healthcare provider’s assessment.
- You agree that the Feeding Flock tools are being provided “as is” and that neither the Feeding Flock Team nor any of the authors of the tools make any warranty with respect to the tool.
- You acknowledge and agree that neither the Feeding Flock nor any of the authors of the tools or their institutional affiliations shall have any liability with respect to the tools or the use of the tools, including ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES.
- You hereby waive and agree to release the Feeding Flock Team, the authors of the tools, and their institutional affiliations from and against all claims, liabilities, and damages of any kind arising out of the use of the tool.
