The Feeding Impact Scales include two scales: Feeding Impact-Parent measures the impact of feeding on the parent and Feeding Impact-Family measures the impact of feeding on the family. Parents score each item on a 5-point Likert scale (Strongly Disagree, Disagree, Neutral, Agree, Strongly Agree). The Feeding Impact Family Scale has 13 items with scores ranging from 13 to 65. The Feeding Impact Parent Scale has 12 items with scores ranging from 12 to 60. Scores are assigned to the Feeding Impact Scales items with low scores indicating no problems and high scores indicating more impact of feeding on the parent or family.
